Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends to 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we regret that we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

Eligible Items

We accept returns on products shipped by Salon Myho Shop under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Products must be in resalable condition
• Items must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase
• Products must not have been opened or tampered with

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened cosmetic products
• Personal care items that have been used or opened
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

1. Our team will inspect the returned items
2. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return
3. Upon approval, your refund will be processed
4. The refund will be issued to your original payment method
5. Processing time is typically 5-10 business days

Shipping Costs

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

3. Include your order number in all correspondence
4. We will arrange for return shipping at our expense
